Innova Centre counsellors have received professional training and qualifications at the Masters-degree level from different accredited institutions of higher learning. We are also members of either the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) or the BC Association of Social Workers.
We carry the certifications Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Social Worker (RSW).

Our professional counselling fees are in accordance with guidelines provided by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and the BC Association of Social Workers.
Free for a 30-minute session for first time clients
$120 +GST for a 50-minute session
$170 +GST for a 80-minute session
For couples or families:
$130 +GST for a 50-minute session
$180 +GST for a 80-minute session
Sessions with an Associate Counsellor: $80 +GST for a 50-minute session
Sessions of other length of time may be arranged with your counsellor.
We believe that people should not be denied counselling due to financial constraints. Most of our counsellors can offer a limited number of clients a reduced fee. These limited spots are usually reserved for seniors, students, and those who are unemployed, or who are unable to afford the full fee. Do verify with your counsellor before therapy begins.

Assessments, Reports and Letters
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Assessment:
– $120 +GST for basic profile and interpretation
– $60 +GST for additional profiles, eg Conflict Resolution Profile, Decision Making Profile
Reports/Progress reports (for ICBC, lawyer, etc): $120 per hour, pro-rated
Payment and Receipt
Payment is due at the end of each session and may be paid by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard. We also accept payments via etransfers, and these are due at the beginning of each session.
Official receipts are issued upon payment.
We would encourage you to give us at least 48 hours advance notice for the cancellation of appointments, so that others desiring an appointment can have the opportunity to do so.
A fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for non-medical reasons. The full fee will be charged for missed appointments.
