Professional Fees

Counselling

Innova Therapy counsellors/therapists have received professional training and qualifications at the Masters-degree level from different accredited institutions of higher learning. We are members of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association, or the BC Association of Social Workers (BCASW).

We carry the certification Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) or Registered Social Worker.

The services that our clients receive from us and the professional fees that we charge reflect our training, professionalism and experience. Our clients can expect to receive a consistently high level of service from us at anytime, anywhere.

 

Initial Consultation:
Free for a 15-minute session for all first-time clients (read more here)

 

Sessions with a RCC, CCC, or RSW:

For individuals:

$135 – $150 +GST for a 50-minute session

For couples or families:

$150 – $180 +GST for a 50-minute session

 

Sessions with a Counselling Associate: $80 +GST for a 50-minute session

Sessions with a Counselling Intern:  $60 +GST for a 50-minute session

 

Sessions of other lengths of time may be arranged with your counsellor.

 

Nutrition & Dietetics

Innova Therapy Inc.’s dietitians have attained professional and graduate-level training in nutrition and dietetics from different accredited institutions of higher learning, and have met the strict guidelines and requirements of the College of Dietitians of BC.

Our dietitians carry the professional designation Registered Dietitians.

Our professional fees reflect our training, our years of experience in various healthcare settings, and our professionalism.

Individuals

  • 75-minute Initial session $150 +GST
  • 50-minute Follow-up sessions $115 +GST

 

Nutrition Package

  • One Initial session and two follow-up sessions $300 +GST

 

Payment and Receipts

​Payment is due at the end of each session and may be paid by debit, Visa or MasterCard. We also accept payments via etransfers, and these may be made prior to or promptly at the end of each session.

​Official receipts are issued upon payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

We would encourage you to give us at least 48 hours advance notice for the cancellation of appointments, so that others desiring an appointment can have the opportunity to do so. We don’t want you to miss appointments, so we will send you an email reminder 2 days before your appointment, and a text message 24 hours before your appointment.

Clients who provide late cancellations of less than 24 hours or who miss their appointments, will be charged the full fee of the missed appointment.
