Ashley Wan, RCC
The challenges and struggles of life can sometimes or often feel overwhelming and confusing, and the path forward unclear. At such times, feelings such as frustration, anxiety, helplessness, numbness, and weariness can threaten to take over. These sorts of experiences are often what bring clients to reach out for support. If that is also true for you, I am so glad you are here.
I provide a space where you can land, just as you are, with whatever you feel burdened with. A space to unload and begin to make sense of and process through the “stuck” places. A space to help gain insight and perspective, grow awareness, learn new skills, develop and establish internal/external resources, identify and connect with what is most important to you, and uncover paths forward.
There is nothing more rewarding for me as a therapist than to come alongside and support a fellow human to navigate their unique life challenges, and to witness the positive changes and growth that can come from engaging together in this meaningful work.
I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation to begin to explore how I can support you at this junction on your journey.
