As your frontline contact, it is my goal to provide you with a welcoming, empathetic, non-judgmental, and professional experience. I will answer your questions and provide you with our information to help guide you in making the best decision for yourself or others in your life.

With several years of experience as a medical secretary, I have served clients in the hospital, clinical and private medical office settings; (including radiology, internal medicine, geriatrics, cardiology, pediatrics, and family medicine). Today, it is my privilege to serve you with Innova Therapy.

I have always had a passion for the field of health, psychology, and spirituality, as I truly believe they are all interrelated. During my personal time, I am happiest being surrounded by nature and animals. I love nature walks/hikes, swimming, kayaking, and leisurely cycling. While at home, I enjoy reading, trying a new recipe, having friends over for dinner, TV and playing board games. My adventurous side, appreciates dancing, attending plays and shows, traveling and learning.
