When we are no longer able to change a situation,
we are challenged to change ourselves.

What if life doesn’t have to feel so hard?
What if you could get help in the places where you feel stuck?
Hope starts here.
Sometimes we need help to reframe our situation and find a ray of hope. At times, we can be derailed by the effects of past traumas or current crises. We can’t make sense of our story. Our relationships suffer. Our enjoyment of life dries up. We feel lost and ache for something more.
You don’t have to tough it out alone.
Healing can start when we feel heard and accepted in a safe and compassionate space. I find it rewarding to accompany people seeking a new path or perspective. I help clients find wholeness, meaningfulness, and healing. I know that it is possible to flourish even after the darkest storms.
I am a mother of four and have worked with people in home education, consulting, advocacy, and church ministry. My own life experiences and challenges provide a wealth of earned wisdom and practical insight to enhance my professional development.
I serve on the board for Domestic Abuse Services and have experience in community mental health. I am a passionate learner, admirer of beauty, and lover of classics.
