What my clients have said about me …

I want to thank you so much for your very thoughtful, thorough and beautifully written letter that you wrote up for my daughter.
I’m extremely grateful to have you, and for your care and heart towards my daughter, and our family. Looking forward to see you again!

Grateful Maple Ridge Mom

I have always felt therapy is an incredible gift. I began my own healing journey in my early 20s. Over the years, I have come to truly appreciate the gift of therapy that was shown to me through compassion, empathy, and a steady and healing presence. I have found these to be vital and necessary aspects of the therapy process which were monumental in my own healing process.

It is an incredible honour for me to be in a place to offer this gift in a safe place for those seeking to begin or continue their own healing journey.  Furthermore, it brings me great joy when I see individuals learn to find their own voice through the challenges and traumas they may have experienced in life.

While therapy at the beginning can often feel scary, and even awkward, I trust that in time, like myself, you will learn to experience and trust that the relationship is capable of bringing about the healing and change you desire in your life.

I offer a safe and warm environment where you can express yourself with the knowledge that not only is it safe, but welcomed! Authenticity and compassion are the foundation of human connection. As you reach out to begin therapy you will find this to be a big aspect of our journey together. I recognize your resilience as you seek change in your life!

My Areas of Focus

I am passionate about walking with couples as they navigate the challenges of family life. As an international adoptee, I aim to bring a sense of compassion as I work with individuals, children and families in a collaborative and client-centered approach where every individual’s voice is heard.

Additionally, I aim to walk with neurodiverse individuals and provide a safe, accepting, and warm environment to process life together. I work with people who are working through grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse as well as adoption related concerns such as rejection, identity, and relational issues.

Please do reach out to me if you have any questions. I look forward to connecting with you.
