Lisa Rositano, RCC
I believe therapy begins and ends with the therapeutic relationship. The ability to listen, empathize and understand is paramount in supporting clients in developing their personal goals of therapy. My focus is to work from a collaborative, client-centred approach.
I have 16 years of experience in the field of counselling, including working with both youth and adults. With numerous modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, CBT for Trauma, and others, I have worked successfully to treat and support clients with a multitude of mental health concerns.
